Who is this bozo?
I am an improviser, a comic and a lover of all things musical. If you put Chas and Dave, Miranda Richardson and Brian Conley in a blender, you would get me (and a court order).
I have appeared around the world in various guises, touting my wares as far as Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway and Manchester.
I've been on the telly - Tonight At The Palladium (ITV), Fast and Loose (BBC 2), Gareth Malone's All Star Music Quiz (BBC2), Live at the Electric- BBC 3, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled - Dave and Drunk History -Comedy Central.
I've been on the Radio 4 - The Now Show, Fifteen Minute Musical, Pick of the Week, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue,
Josh Howie's Losing It and various voices in different bits and bobs.
I am the voice of a crab on the Zoopla advert. This is currently my favourite work fact about me.
I used to spend a lot of time being Loretta Maine - an adorable singer/songwriter from the USA, but she is currently in rehab.
And I am a core member of the Olivier Award winning Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, for whom I also served as Assistant Artistic Director 2018-2019. We make up musicals. On the spot. Yes, it is as impressive as it sounds.
This year I worked as the Dramaturg on 9 to 5: The Musical and wrote a mini-musical for Jack Whitehall's Christmas Special with
Duncan Walsh Atkins, who often pops up in my work (because he's so bloomin' talented!).
I am the ultimate modern hyphen job human, meaning I also work on projects that may seem a bit left field and unrelated to my obvious skill set, including working with Perspectiva - a space for us to think about how we think about the world and co-founder of Sunday Assembly - a network of secular Congregations around the world. SAY WHAT? Yes - you can read more about that here.
I am no longer directly involved with Sunday Assembly, but the project carries on and I watch it continuing its journey with pride.
IS THERE ANYTHING SHE DOESN'T DO?
Yes. Extreme Sports, HGV driving, fishing, hunting for her dinner, tequilla slammers (not anymore, anyway) and housework.
